Cloud Service Disruption - FAQ

- I can't login or register my account / I can't perform a data sync or retrieve my data from the cloud.

Our cloud server is currently down at the moment, no users are able to perform these actions at this stage.

- When will the cloud service be back up?

As soon as we can, unfortunately we don't have an expected timeframe for now.

- I keep getting License Validation Failed on boot up.
