      What to do once you've received your unit back from Hema

      Once you've received your device back from Melbourne or Brisbane with the new software loaded.

      Please open it up and connect your unit to Wi-Fi.

      Afterwards open the "Updates" page.

      If you have any new software updates to do, please tap on the orange buttons, as highlighted below. 

      Please do them in the following order:

      - Hema Update Manager

      - Hema Launcher

      - Hema Navigation

      - Hema Nav - License

      - Hema Nav - Voices

      - Hema Nav - Maps

      IMPORTANT - Once updates are complete

      Exit the Update Manager - (Press the big orange "H" on the top right)

      This takes you back to the launcher screen.

      Click on Hema Nav to start the new app while still on Wi-fi - this allows the software to validate the license.

      Note: The software will not run unless this step is completed.


      Afterwards, restart the device by holding the power button and clicking on "Restart".

      Then turn off your Wi-Fi connection on the right hand side and start the Hema Nav from the launcher screen, to ensure the maps work in offline mode.
