Tracks names are not visible on map

There are many reasons for this:

• The map scale may not provide sufficient room for all tracks to be labelled.
• The track may not have a name
• The track may be known by many names (ie. locals know a certain track as "The Filling Remover", but others know it as "Smith's Track"). There may not be a "right" name for this track.
• The track may not have an officially gazetted name
