You can adjust the display brightness of the screen on your HX-2 two ways.
The easiest way to adjust the display brightness on your HX-2 is to use the Brightness adjustment [1] buttons on the top of the unit .
The second way to adjust the display brightness is through the System settings menu which can be accessed from the main screen or the main menu.
To access the system settings from the main screen, click on the System settings [2] icon.
To open the system settings from the main menu, click on the Main Menu [3] icon in the top left.
When the main menu has opened scroll down and click on System settings [4].
From the System settings page click on Display [5].
From the System settings page click on Brightness level [6]. You will see below the Brightness level heading you will see the current setting as a percentage.
When you click on the Brightness level heading a slider bar [7] will appear above it in the center of the screen. Click on the level icon and slide it to adjust the brightness to your desired level.
When you are happy with the brightness level, click anywhere outside the brightness slider to confirm the setting. You will see the percentage indicator under the Brightness level heading has now changed to reflect the level you have selected.
