If you are trying to register your HX-2 and you get the error message below then it means there is already a HemaX account associated with the email address you are using.
There are a few ways this could have happened.
1. Do you have the Hema CamperX or the Hema 4x4 Explorer App?
Both of these Apps use the same HemaX cloud that the HX-2 uses. You do not need to create a new account, if you wish to create a new account with the same email address then you will need to contact our support team for further assistance.
2. Do you have the Caravan and Motorhome Club of Australia (CMCA) App?
The CMCA App also uses the HemaX cloud. Please sign in using your CMCA membership number and password.
3. Did you create a free account on the Hema Cloud website (cloud.hemamaps.com)
If you created a free account on the Hema Cloud website you do not need to create a new account.
If you already have a HemaX account then you can sign into that account on the registration page.
Under the Existing members  heading, enter your Username and Password  and then click Sign in To My Account .
