How to re-download an app to a new device

When you purchase an app, it will store itself on your email address attached to either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

On the new device, please make sure you're signed into the same email address you've used to purchase the app originally, as this is where the app purchase sits.

Please also make sure you're on the same platform (iOS to iOS or Android to Android)

If you're on a different platform, unfortunately you'll need to purchase the app again, as a purchase is only attached to your email address in either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
