HX-2 - How do I find the Serial Number in my HX-2 software

If you would like to see your Serial number of your HX-2 it is on the back of your unit or the side of the box, but you can also find it from inside the system settings.

The System settings menu can be accessed from the main screen on the main menu.

Step 1

To access the system settings from the main screen, click on the System Settings [1] icon.

Step 2

To open the system settings from the main menu,  click on the Main Menu [2] icon in the top left.

Step 3

When the main menu has opened scroll down and click on System settings [3].

Step 4

From the system settings menu click on About Table [4].

Step 5

From the About Tablet menu, scroll down and click on Model & Hardware [4].

Step 6

On this page you will see the Serial Number [6].
