Sync data to a new device

First, make sure you are signed into a Hema Explorer Cloud account within the app. This will cause all your data to sync to your Cloud account.

If you are not using a Cloud account, we'd definitely recommend it. It can be created within the app or on the Cloud website (

Install the app on the new device, and sign into that device with the same Hema Explorer Cloud account.

Give it time to sync data back from the Cloud to the new device (the more data - particularly images - that there are, the longer the sync will take)
