I forgot my Cloud password, How do I reset it?

Your Hema Explorer Cloud account is used to sign in to both the Hema Explorer app on your device, and the Hema Explorer Cloud website.

If the app on your devices is signed into your Cloud account, it allows you to sync data back and forth between your device(s) and Cloud account.

If you have forgotten the password to your Hema Explorer Cloud account, you can reset it by going to the following web page:


Simply enter the email address associated with your Hema Explorer Cloud account, and an email will be sent to that address with further instructions.

Once the password has been updated on the Cloud site, you will be able to login again within the app on your device.
