Telstra have a system whereby you can have your Google Play Store account purchases added to your Telstra bill.

Please do not ask Hema questions related to this. Please contact Telstra or Google regarding this feature, as there is nothing we can do with regard to either your Play Store account, or your Telstra mobile account.
