HX-2 - Why is the Date and Time wrong

Your HX-2 sets the Date and Time due to your GPS location.

You can access the Date & time page through the System settings menu which can be accessed from the main screen or the main menu.

Please Note: To register your HX-2 it will need to have an initial GPS lock.  Before trying to register your HX-2 please take it outside in direct line of sight to the sky for 3-5 minutes.

To access the system settings from the main screen, click on the System settings [1] icon.

To open the system settings from the main menu,  click on the Main Menu [2] icon in the top left.

When the main menu has opened scroll down and click on System settings [3].

When you are in the System settings click on System [4].

Then click on Date & Time [5] from the System menu.

When the Date & time page loads, please ensure that Use network provided time [5] has Use GPS provided time below it.  If it does not please click on Use network provided time and select Use GPS provided time from the options.

Please also check that Select time zone [7] is set to GMT+10.00 Australia Eastern Standard Time.  If this setting is not correct please reset it back to GMT+10.00 Australia Eastern Standard Time.  Please note, your HX-2 will set the time zone automatically due to your GPS location.

If you're still having issues with your timezone, you can also manually change the time.
