Hema Explorer - Why can't I download satellite imagery?

In the past, the Hema Explorer app allowed you to access satellite / aerial imagery provided by HERE Maps under license.

The license does not allow you to download this imagery for offline use.

Any downloads of this imagery saved to your device previously are no longer accessible.

Hema are searching for a new provider of this imagery, who's license conditions permit download of this imagery.
