If downloads stall in the Update All section

The following article is a step-by-step process to follow if updates get stuck in the Update All queue.

DO NOT ATTEMPT UPDATES UNLESS YOU HAVE A STRONG WIFI CONNECTION.

When attempting to complete updates via the Hema Updater, occasionally some downloads may stall in the Update All queue.

If any Updates get stuck or delayed in the Update Queue, tap the Crosses to close any updates (1) and the Update Queue window (2):

Once you have closed all downloads in the Update Queue, tap the Refresh button (3) and then download the updates one by one instead until all updates show in green as "Up-to-date" (4):
