Hema Nav 2026 August Update - AMXHD3

The following article is a step-by-step process to install the new 2026 August Hema Nav update for the Aeropro AMHXD3.

DO NOT ATTEMPT UPDATES UNLESS YOU HAVE A STRONG WIFI CONNECTION.

Update process:

1. Plug the device into your vehicle head unit.

2. Connect your device to Wifi internet. NOTE: Ensure you use a stable and reliable internet connection, preferably a home or office Wifi connection. Mobile style internet/Wifi (such as mobile hotspot or Starlink) can work but may not always provide a strong enough connection.

3. Go into ‘Hema Update Manager’, then check for any tiles that have orange labels on them:

4. Tap on the orange label to download the update, then tap in Install and follow the prompts to install any required updates until all  are complete. Re-open Updates if the Updates screen closes at any time to continue the process.

Note - tap the circular Refresh button in the top right to check that all updates are now showing 'Open' (aside from Australia 2026.Q2 and Hema Nav Licence), this means all updates are complete:
